Going forward, all clients will be asked to provide card details at the point of booking their appointment. These details will be securely stored in Nearcut and you will NOT be charged unless you either; miss the appointment or fail to provide at least 1 hour notice prior to the start time of the appointment.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 1 hour before your appointment and will NOT be charged for the appointment. For those who fail to provide 1 hour notice or fail to attend the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment to the card provided.
